“Résidence de Tourisme”
A “Résidence de Tourisme” is a permanent or seasonal commercial establishment which provides rated accommodation. It consists of one or more buildings providing individual or collective accommodation, as part of a homogeneous complex, furnished accommodation and premises for collective use. Furnished accommodation is on offer to non-resident tourist clientele, for stays on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. It comprises a minimum level of equipment and shared services, etc.”

Standard furnished complexes
Similar to “Résidence de Tourisme”, these are standard property complexes, providing similar but non-rated accommodation offers.
